Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions professionally through calls, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Update customer records and maintain documentation as required.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a professional customer service environment.
For Experienced Candidates
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Banking, BPO, or related domains preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Semi-Voice Process
- Graduate mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Support or Chat Support.
- Strong written communication skills and customer-handling ability.
Compensation & Benefits
Freshers
- Salary: ₹14,000 Take Home per month
Experienced Candidates
- Salary: ₹19,000 CTC per month
Semi-Voice Process
- Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
