Job Summary
Zyntro Software Solutions is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain records.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi communication skills (English knowledge is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales experience.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
