Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic ERP Business Development Manager to drive lead generation,
customer acquisition and ERP sales in Western Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have experience selling ERP, SaaS, Enterprise Software or Manufacturing Solutions and should be capable of handling the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new ERP opportunities
- Build relationships with CXOs, Directors and Plant Heads
- Identify manufacturing companies for ERP transformation
- Conduct discovery meetings and requirement gathering
- Present ERP solutions and business value
- Conduct software demonstrations
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers
- Negotiate and close deals
- Build channel partner network
- Attend industrial association events
- Create strategic alliances
- Maintain CRM pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain healthy sales funnel
- Forecast revenue accurately
