Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and content strategy, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize SEO (on-page & off-page) to improve organic rankings
- Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for lead generation
- Handle social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create and manage content calendars for consistent brand presence
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content team for creatives
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement, and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of:
- SEO & SEM
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Email Marketing
- Familiarity with tools:
- Google Analytics, Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs (preferred)
- Canva / basic design understanding
- Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation
- Basic understanding of website management (WordPress)
- Knowledge of conversion funnels and performance marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
