Duties and Responsibilities
- Abstracting the Key information (Financial & Legal) from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet.
- Abstracting the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering in the
- Lease Abstract Form.
- Analysing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries
Required
Skill Set / Competencies Required
- Very good written English communication
- Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses
- Analytical and Reasoning skill
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement
- Knowledge in Yardi/MRI/JDE would be added advantage
Pay: From ₹171,000.00 per year
