Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin & HR Executive to manage day-to-day back office operations and HR administrative activities. The role requires handling payroll processes, statutory compliance, employee records, attendance management, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring smooth office administration.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Payroll Management
- Handle monthly payroll processing and salary coordination.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift data.
- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, and related documentation.
- Coordinate employee reimbursements and salary-related queries.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Manage contractors, field staff and contractual employees
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
- Conduct employee induction and documentation verification.
- Handle employee exit formalities and offboarding processes.
- Maintain updated employee database and records.
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain office entry and exit registers.
- Coordinate housekeeping, office maintenance, and vendor follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and supplies.
- Maintain and track office asset inventory and allocation records.
Operational & Back Office Support
- Support management in daily operational tasks and coordination.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
- Prepare operational reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management.
- Hands-on experience with PF and ESIC compliance processes.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and employee record management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic HR/payroll software.

- Ability to work independently and manage office operations efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
