We are hiring experienced Quantity Surveyor – MEP (Buildings) for the support to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and detailed MEP cost estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings, quantities, and scope of work.
- Prepare and manage MEP BOQs for tendering and contract execution.
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive database of labor rates, material costs, and equipment pricing.
- Review and analyze vendor quotes and subcontractor offer to ensure competitiveness.
- Utilize specialized estimation software and tools to streamline the estimating process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to improve estimation practices.
- Evaluate and negotiate procurement contracts for MEP materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all MEP cost estimations.
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions related to MEP works.
- Perform risk assessments related to cost and schedule impacts, developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related financial inquiries and disputes.
- Provide full-time back-office support to the KSA team for building MEP works.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10+ years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying for large-scale building projects.
- Experience in both commercial and residential building projects.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines..
