Job Role: Trainer – Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage)

Job Summary:
To train and groom candidates for the "Guest Service Associate" job role under the DDU-GKY skill development scheme, ensuring they are ready for placement in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory and practical classes on Food & Beverage Service, Table Setting, Guest Handling, and Hygiene standards.
- Manage the daily attendance and assessment of trainees.
- Prepare training reports and maintain the batch file as per DDU-GKY SOP.
- Groom students on soft skills and interview readiness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 12th passed or Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 year of industry or training experience is preferred.
- Certification: ToT (Training of Trainers) certified candidates will be given preference.
