We are seeking an experienced/fresher and highly organized Car Body Shop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure high-quality repair standards, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of automotive body repairs, and the ability to maintain productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the body shop.
- Supervise technicians, painters, detailers, and support staff.
- Schedule and allocate repair jobs efficiently.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and customers regarding estimates and claims.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and job completion timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups.
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Train and develop team members to improve performance.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports on shop performance, revenue, and productivity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
