AK Computer Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Professional to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, student engagement, lead generation, promotions, and business development. You will play an important role in promoting our computer education and skill-development programs and connecting with students, parents, colleges, and potential learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote academy courses and programs.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.
- Promote courses through digital marketing, social media, direct marketing, college outreach, events, and local promotions.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, companies, and other organizations for promotional activities.
- Interact with students and parents and explain course offerings and career opportunities.
- Conduct and support seminars, workshops, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Manage and maintain student enquiries and lead follow-ups.
- Identify new opportunities for increasing student admissions and academy visibility.
- Support the team in achieving monthly admission and marketing targets.
- Contribute creative ideas for improving the academy's online and offline presence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, education marketing, sales, business development, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, parents, colleges, and organizations.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Knowledge of the local area and educational institutions will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred for field marketing activities.
