Job Summary:
The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. The role involves promoting the company's products and services, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote the company's products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit progress updates.
- Stay updated on company products, pricing, and promotional offers.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM software).

Pay: ₹8,880.55 - ₹10,000.00 per month
