Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all Human Resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training & development, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and employee management practices.

Candidate Requirements
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in HRMS and MS Office.
- Proactive, ethical, and people-oriented approach.
