Position: MIS Executive
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
Salary: 25000 - 30000/-
Qualification:
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive.
- Experience in the Automobile Industry will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Charts).
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and MIS reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update sales, inventory, and customer databases.
- Generate reports related to vehicle sales, service performance, and revenue.
- Analyze sales trends and prepare performance dashboards.
- Track targets vs. achievements for sales teams.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and Operations departments for data collection.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. etc.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
