Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management for investment products and financial services. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, assisting clients with Demat account opening, facilitating Mutual Fund and PMS onboarding, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital campaigns, and networking activities.
Identify prospective clients and convert them into active customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential investors and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build strong relationships with HNIs, retail investors, and corporate clients.
Investment Product Sales & Client Onboarding
Assist clients with Demat Account Opening, KYC verification, and account activation procedures.
Promote and facilitate investments in Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Bonds, SIPs, and Wealth Management Solutions.
Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.
Ensure timely completion of all account-opening formalities and regulatory requirements.
Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Address client queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular engagement activities and portfolio review discussions with clients.
Business Development
Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
Cross-sell and upsell various financial products and services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions in CRM systems.
Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and company compliance guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for efficient execution of client requests.
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, PMS, and investment products.
Excellent lead generation and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA (Finance/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
NISM/AMFI certification will be preferred.
1–5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Broking, Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, or Financial Services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
