Job Responsibilities
- Call customers and verify online orders.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain product benefits and answer customer queries.
- Confirm customer details, address, and payment mode.
- Follow up with customers for pending confirmations.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM software.
- Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams.
- Achieve daily calling and order confirmation targets.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Internet).
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Freshers are welcome. Experienced telecallers will be given preference.
