GrandPeak Solutions is hiring an Area Sales Manager for Ludhiana.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business and achieve activation targets.
- Build and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure target achievement.
- Maintain relationships with merchants and business owners.
- Submit daily reports and ensure quality activations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in field sales, banking, insurance, DSA, telecom, or business development.
- Leadership and team management skills preferred.
- Strong communication and target-oriented approach.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Compensation:
- ₹12,500 fixed salary during probation.
- ₹25,000 fixed salary after confirmation.
