Job Description – Security Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Security Operations: Oversee physical security, access control, and surveillance systems (CCTV) across all hotel areas, including public spaces, entryways, and restricted zones.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise in-house and outsourced security guards.
- Emergency Management: Develop and regularly update emergency response plans for crises like fires, medical incidents, and natural disasters.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate and document any accidents, thefts, or disturbances, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Compliance & Audits: Conduct routine risk assessments, fire safety drills, and ensure OSHA or local workplace safety standard adherence.
- Guest Relations: Address security-related guest complaints and ensure high visibility and responsive customer service.
