Key Responsibilities of Tender Executive
- Search, identify, and track relevant government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
- Prepare tender-related documentation, including technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Technical, Legal, Procurement, and Operations teams for required information and approvals.
- Prepare EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, affidavits, declarations, certificates, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the specified deadline.
- Handle online tender submission through relevant E-Procurement portals.
- Maintain a database/tracker of ongoing, submitted, awarded, and rejected tenders.
- Monitor tender corrigenda, amendments, clarifications, and deadlines.
- Coordinate responses to pre-bid queries and clarification requirements.
- Follow up on tender status, technical evaluation, commercial evaluation, and work orders.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and related documentation.
- Support management in preparing bid/no-bid analysis and tender status reports.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of tendering and bidding procedures.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret tender documents.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of government/E-Procurement portals is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
