Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Production & Planning
- Collaborate with marketing or creative teams to understand the brief, brand guidelines, and target audience.
- Brainstorm visual concepts, storylines, and shot lists for campaigns and events. [1, 2]
2. Photography & Videography
- Operate professional DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras.
- Set up lighting equipment (softboxes, LEDs) and audio gear (lavaliers, shotgun mics) on location or in the studio.
- Capture high-quality stills and dynamic video footage, ensuring proper exposure, framing, and focus. [1]
3. Post-Production
- Import, organize, and back up raw media files following standardized folder structures.
- Edit and assemble footage, trimming clips to maintain proper storytelling flow and pacing.
- Apply color correction, audio mixing, visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, and subtitles.
- Format and export final assets optimized for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, websites). [1, 2, 3]
4. Equipment Maintenance
- Manage, maintain, and inventory all photography and videography equipment.
- Stay updated with new gear, software updates, and emerging editing trends
