Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and application software.
- Monitor network performance and ensure smooth connectivity.
- Perform preventive maintenance of computer systems and IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and password resets.
- Handle antivirus installation, updates, and system security.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, procurement, and AMC support.
- Provide technical support to employees both remotely and on-site.
- Ensure regular system backups and data recovery support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
