YOUR JOB
- Lead the teams to deliver results in a timely manner
- Write feature specifications
- Split features into tasks that can be taken by members of each teams
- Handle capacity planning
- Establish midterm roadmaps
- Be the point of contact for any feature related questions
- Help the QA establish test plans
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager in the tech industry
- Jira expert
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Good understanding of the software development process
- Ability to identify tasks needed to build a feature
PREFERED EXPERIENCE
- Experience with mobile & web applications
- Proven experience writing detailed specifications
- Experience writing test plans
- Expert at planning capacity and tracking dependencies
