We are looking for a Digital Account Executive who will act as the bridge between clients and our internal team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing)
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery
- Share regular updates, reports, and performance insights with clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in onboarding new clients
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Websites)
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
- Freshers with internships in digital marketing are welcome
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, or CRM software
- Knowledge of real estate or education industry clients
- Basic understanding of website development process
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
