Kosta Shipping is a dynamic and rapidly growing Shipping & Freight Forwarding company committed to delivering excellence in Coastal / Domestic Shipping. With a strong presence in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for dedicated and skilled Operation Executives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the deployment of a fleet of 250 trucks for domestic and coastal shipping.
- Ensure efficient scheduling to achieve faster turnaround of trucks.
- Develop and implement processes to minimize idle time and maximize truck utilization.
- Coordinate with drivers and loading teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement strategies to enhance communication and collaboration for efficient movement of trucks.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in turnaround times.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators related to fleet operations.
- Analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing a fleet of trucks, domestic and coastal shipping industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
