We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our café team. As a Barista, you will create quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help create a warm and welcoming café experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café items
- Maintain consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and quality standards
- Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional café experience
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the café
- Handle customer orders, billing, and basic cash handling
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team during busy hours
