Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors promptly, listen to their needs, and match them with the right new or used vehicles.
- Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, safety specifications, technology options, and performance benefits.
- Test Drives: Accompany prospective buyers on test drives to showcase vehicle handling and comfort.
- Sales and Negotiation: Discuss pricing, trade-in valuations, and financing or leasing options with customers.
- Follow-Up: Maintain contact with past and prospective buyers via phone or CRM software to encourage repeat business and referrals.
