We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor/dealer networks, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Conduct regular field visits to review market performance and team activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
