Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Paid Campaign Specialist to drive student acquisition and enrollments across our educational programs. In this role, you will design, deploy, and scale paid advertising campaigns targeting prospective students, parents, or working professionals. You will manage campaigns across search, social, and display networks, optimizing for high-quality student leads and direct admissions while minimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
Key Education-Specific Responsibilities
- Enrollment Lead Generation: Build and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to generate high-intent inquiries and program applications.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams to track lead quality, ensuring marketing-generated leads convert into actual student enrollments.
- Seasonal Campaign Planning: Plan and execute aggressive ad strategies aligned with peak academic enrollment cycles, intake semesters, and course launch deadlines.
- Remarketing Strategies: Design sophisticated retargeting funnels to nurture prospects through long educational decision cycles (often 3090 days).
- Location & Demographic Targeting: Execute hyper-targeted local campaigns based on geographic regions, academic backgrounds, and career intent.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all ad creative’s and copy strictly comply with educational advertising standards and platform policies.
