Job Overview:
Caratbazaar is looking for an Online Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and convert leads into sales. The role involves communicating with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram to guide them about jewellery products and assist them in placing orders.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers and follow up on inquiries and leads
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp and Instagram messages
- Assist customers with product details, pricing, and order process
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Convert inquiries into successful sales
- Coordinate with the internal team for order confirmation and updates
Requirements:
- Good communication and confident speaking skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Experience in sales or customer support is preferred
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer tools
- Positive attitude and ability to handle customers professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
