We are currently looking for a Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in D2C/e-commerce brands — someone who understands not just how to operate Google Ads, but how to strategically grow brands through them.
This is not a dashboard operator role.
We are looking for someone who understands the bigger picture, can solve problems strategically, and knows how to improve performance through experimentation, analysis, and smart decision-making.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing Google Ads accounts for multiple D2C brands, understanding their products, customer behavior, and growth challenges.
The role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking.
When given a brand or a product to scale, you should be able to independently think through what type of campaigns should be run, how budgets should be allocated, and whether Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, or remarketing campaigns are the right fit for the objective.
More importantly, when performance drops, you should naturally think deeper than surface-level metrics. Is ROAS dropping because of keyword intent? Is the issue coming from the shopping feed, audiences, landing page, attribution, competition, or campaign structure? We are looking for someone who enjoys solving these kinds of problems and is constantly testing ways to improve outcomes.

You will also be expected to independently manage communication for assigned accounts — attending weekly client calls, presenting updates, discussing strategy, and explaining performance clearly and confidently.
This role requires someone who can work with minimal hand-holding, take ownership of accounts, and collaborate with internal teams including designers, copywriters, developers, and account managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage Google Ads accounts for multiple D2C brands
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Remarketing
- Work closely with Google Merchant Center, GA4, and Google Ads Console to make informed decisions
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, conversions, and account health
- Troubleshoot issues affecting performance and proactively test new approaches
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance, learnings, observations, and action plans
- Attend weekly client calls and confidently present account performance and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve landing pages, creatives, offers, and overall campaign outcomes
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in Google Ads (mandatory), preferably in a marketing, media, or advertising agency environment, where you have managed multiple client accounts and solved different performance challenges.
D2C/e-commerce experience is mandatory.
If your experience is primarily in lead generation, education, real estate, or local service businesses with little exposure to D2C brands, this role may not be the right fit.

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory, since client communication and presentations will be a regular part of the role.

Compensation & Hiring Process
Compensation starts from ₹20,000/month onwards, depending on experience, skill level, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a small practical assignment/test as part of the evaluation process.
