US Recruitment Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Shift: US CST (Night Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced US Recruitment Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of US Staffing experience, strong delivery leadership, and a proven track record of managing large recruitment teams while driving performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ US Recruiters.
- Drive team performance through coaching, training, and regular performance reviews.
- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to enhance recruiter productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct team huddles, one-on-one sessions, and performance calibration meetings.
Delivery & Recruitment Operations
- Own end-to-end delivery for US Staffing requirements across IT and Non-IT positions.
- Ensure achievement of submission, interview, placement, and revenue targets.
- Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring priorities and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, pipeline health, SLA adherence, and delivery metrics.
- Drive sourcing excellence through advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and strong offer-to-joiner conversion ratios.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide market intelligence, hiring insights, and delivery updates to support business growth.
- Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges and ensure timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 10+ years of US Staffing / US Recruitment experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing recruitment teams.
- Proven experience leading teams of at least 15 recruiters.
- Strong understanding of US Staffing processes including W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorization categories.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing large delivery teams supporting multiple US clients.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing compliance, tax terms, and employment practices.
- Experience with Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar ATS platforms.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
