About the Role:
Ausweg Info Controls Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and service providers, and providing overall administrative support to the organization.
This role is an excellent opportunity for both freshers looking to start their careers in administration and experienced professionals seeking to grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and update employee records, company documents, files, and administrative databases.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, housekeeping, security personnel, and other service providers.
- Handle office infrastructure-related activities and ensure proper maintenance of office facilities.
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, vehicle coordination, and other logistical requirements for employees and visitors.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and procurement requirements.
- Prepare reports, MIS data, expense records, and various administrative documents as required.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding formalities, employee documentation, attendance coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of administrative requirements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier management, and official correspondence professionally.
- Assist management in organizing meetings, events, training sessions, and company activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers with good communication skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with experience in Administration, Office Coordination, Operations Support, Front Office, or HR Support will be preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
