Responsible for medical chart review, patient data entry, transcription support, chart abstraction, roster management, and healthcare data quality.
- Review medical charts and provider notes
- Enter demographics, diagnoses, medications and insurance information
- Medical transcription and documentation support
- Manage patient rosters and enrollment spreadsheets
- Support data migration and uploads
- Conduct quality assurance reviews
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Experience handling U.S. healthcare clients
- Strong medical terminology knowledge
- Advanced Excel and data entry skills
- EMR/EHR experience preferred
- Healthcare BPO experience preferred
Pay: ₹10,974.85 - ₹33,585.71 per month
