Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings on various platforms such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conducted reference checks and managed documentation of selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate recruitment reports and assist in HR documentation as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good understanding of recruitment techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
