Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell building materials, develop strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will work closely with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and construction sites.
- Promote company products and provide technical support to customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of building materials, tile adhesives, waterproofing products, grouts, or related construction products.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, or related industries.
