Job Summary:
The Store Helper supports store operations by assisting with stocking shelves, receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and helping customers locate products. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock.
- Arrange products neatly on shelves and display areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering basic inquiries.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
- Help with packing, labeling, and pricing merchandise.
- Support cashiers and sales staff when needed.
- Follow company policies and store procedures.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
