Search Engine Quality Analyst – Fresher
Role Description
This is a full-time, Work from Home/ Hybrid role for a Junior Process Associate located in Hyderabad.
Critique and Rate Search Results: Evaluate the quality, relevance, and accuracy of search engine results for specific queries. Depending on the task, this may include:
- Judging the usefulness of top search results.
- Assessing whether a map location is correct.
- Determining if results match the user’s intent.
Perform Web Evaluation Tasks: Carry out a variety of online tasks to assess the quality and relevance of internet-based search results, advertisements, and website content.
Maintain SLA Targets: Consistently meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both production volume and quality performance.
Analyze Map and Search Content: Use an online tool to analyze and give feedback on:
- Maps and map-related searches.
- Text and web pages.
- Images and other media content.
Rate Query Relevance: Review search results for specific search queries and assign ratings based on how relevant and useful they are to the intended search intent.
Act on Feedback for Improvement: Use feedback from reporting managers or quality audit teams to continuously improve performance, accuracy, and consistency in task execution
Requirements
- Any Bachelors degree
- English and Hindi languages are mandatory
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge and digital literacy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
