Role Summary This is a generalist role built around trust and versatility. The candidate will represent the promoters directly — across marketing, production coordination, and basic accounts — with equal seriousness given to each area. Loyalty, reliability, and adaptability matter more than specialization in any single function.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
- Cold calling and lead generation for prospective clients in the region
- Following up on leads, scheduling and attending client meetings
- Coordinating sample dispatches and client relationship follow-ups
- Representing the company at industry meets and trade contacts as needed
Production & Operations
- Coordinating between printing, lamination, and pouching teams Strong communication skills; comfortable with cold calling and client conversations
- Working proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi an advantage)
- Basic accounting knowledge — cash/bank entries, ledgers (Tally or similar an advantage)
- Prior experience in a generalist role at a manufacturing, trading, or similar business
- Comfortable working both on the shop floor and in client-facing situations
- Basic computer literacy — MS Excel, Word, email
- Stable work history; long tenures at previous employers preferred
- Willing to be based in Nagpur and available at the plant daily

- Initial probation period before full operational autonomy is extended
Compensation: As per experience — to be discussed
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
