Job Title: Senior Executive – Engineering
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹29,200 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Job Summary
We are a tube manufacturing company established in 1996, looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Executive – Engineering to oversee engineering and production support activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and machine maintenance while ensuring efficient and uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily engineering and production support activities.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Assist in production planning and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor material utilization and work towards minimizing wastage.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Maintain engineering records, maintenance logs, and production-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and technical support when required.
- Support management in achieving production and operational goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, machine maintenance, and production operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with different departments.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word) is preferred.
