We are looking for a caring, patient, and dedicated Mother Teacher to handle primary classes and ensure the overall development and well-being of students.
The Mother Teacher will be responsible for managing a single class, teaching multiple subjects, and creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach core subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, etc.) to primary students
- Act as a mentor and guide for students’ academic and personal growth
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Monitor each child’s progress and provide individual attention
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities
- Participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities
Requirements:
- Graduate with B.Ed. (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Passion for teaching and working with young children
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
