About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Associate in building and scaling the Partner Success function for a video call operations platform.
This is not a routine operations role. As one of the early members of the team, you will play a key role in shaping how we hire, train, support, and grow our partner ecosystem.

What You'll DoPartner Operations
- Support end-to-end partner onboarding and activation.
- Coordinate training sessions and partner communications.
- Track partner progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain operational trackers and documentation.
Process Building
- Help design and improve operational workflows.
- Document SOPs, playbooks, and process guidelines.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Standardize recurring tasks to improve efficiency.
Quality & Partner Success
- Monitor partner performance and identify improvement areas.
- Conduct quality reviews of partner interactions (as required).
- Support coaching initiatives by identifying common partner challenges.
- Track compliance-related observations and escalate risks proactively.
Data & Insights
- Analyze operational data and identify trends.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Build dashboards and trackers to support decision-making.
- Convert observations into actionable recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Support, and Operations teams.
- Share partner feedback to improve product experience.
- Coordinate execution of new operational initiatives.

- Comfortable Speaking and understanding English and Hindi(mandate)
- Immediate joiners will be prefferred.
Preferred Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Partner Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and creating reports.
- Basic understanding of process documentation and SOP creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first few months, the Operations Associate should be able to:
- Independently manage day-to-day partner operations.
- Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements.
- Build and maintain operational trackers with minimal supervision.
- Produce meaningful insights from operational data.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution.
- Contribute to building scalable processes for the Partner Success function.
