Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated SOC Analyst – L2 to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for investigating escalated incidents, hunt threats, and drive containment and response.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, and quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
- Author design docs, runbooks, and customer-facing artifacts.
- Automate repetitive tasks and embed observability from day one.
- Apply security-by-design and modern best practices.
- Create reusable templates, patterns, and accelerators.
- Contribute to estimations, proposals, and pre-sales demos.
- Mentor peers and foster a culture of craftsmanship.
- Maintain CI/CD hygiene and code review standards.
- Integrate solutions with identity, logging, and monitoring stacks.
- Run capacity planning and performance tuning exercises.
- Publish retrospectives with measurable improvements.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
