- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk and niche hiring for corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and support positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to improve interview turnout and joining ratio.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates with selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Conduct reference/background verification and support the onboarding process.
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and manufacturing positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
