- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Track customer orders and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP software.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues with complete customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
- Support the sales team with customer documentation and communication.
- Build long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement.
Must-Have Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM/ERP software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
