About Podhigai Media Group: Podhigai Media Group is a fast-growing Out-of-Home (OOH) media company with a strong presence across major Indian cities. The group owns and operates multiple OOH advertising assets nationwide and also runs an OOH agency vertical, The Brand Sigma (TBS), delivering end-to-end OOH media solutions to leading brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation for OOH media assets in Kochi
- Sell and cross-sell advertising solutions across:
- oMetro brandingoAirport mediaoRailway mediaoDigital screen advertising
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and media agencies
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Kochi market
- Work closely with media planners and buyers for campaign closures
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized media plans
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiations, closures, and collections
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Candidate Profile:
- 3–6 years of experience in Media / OOH / Advertising Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling agency and direct clients
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Experience in transit media sales (Metro/Airport/Railway)
- Strong local market understanding of Kochi
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
