We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a passion for selling software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
