- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machines and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in production machinery, control panels, motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Read, interpret, and analyze electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics to identify and rectify machine issues.
- Ensure smooth operation of all plant electrical equipment and utilities.
- Monitor machine performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems and machinery.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Guide and mentor junior electricians and maintenance technicians.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, control panels, motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation.
- Ability to diagnose and repair machines by reading electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience in handling production machinery and industrial equipment.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
