Key Responsibilities
- Teach Wellbeing Curriculum: Deliver engaging lessons on mental health, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and social skills.
- Student Support: Provide early interventions and safe spaces for students needing emotional guidance.
- Staff & Parent Guidance: Advise teachers and parents on recognizing mental health warning signs and building resilience at home.
- Policy Development: Help school leaders build and execute a whole-school wellbeing strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education Degree: Valid teaching license with a background in counseling, psychology, or health education.
- Empathy & Communication: Strong listening skills and the ability to talk openly about mental health.
- Crisis Management: Training in basic youth mental health first aid or safeguarding.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
