We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil engineering projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Understanding of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation.
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes and local building regulations.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
