Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR professional to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination and day-to-day HR operations for the Rt. The Indian Safety Project.
The candidate will play an important role in building and managing the workforce required for the company's Tamil Nadu expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, telecalling, technical and support positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment networks, social media and referrals.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and joining documentation.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
- Ensure positions are closed within approved timelines.
Payroll & Attendance
- Manage monthly attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate monthly salary processing.
- Maintain employee salary and payroll records.
- Coordinate PF, ESI and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Handle salary-related employee queries.
- Coordinate Full & Final settlement during employee exits.
Employee Management
- Manage employee joining and onboarding.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave and employee discipline.
- Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers and exits.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
HR Operations
- Maintain HRMS / employee database.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Track manpower requirements across departments and territories.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding recruitment requirements.
- Support development and implementation of HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM / Master's degree in Human Resources from a reputed institution preferred.
- Good knowledge of attendance, leave and payroll processes.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a growing company, sales organization, technology company or multi-location workforce will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
