What You Will Do
- Talk to customers on the phone when they call.
- Reply to customer emails.
- Listen carefully to customer problems.
- Help customers use our software.
- Explain things in a simple and easy way.
- Write down customer problems.
- If the problem is difficult, ask the technical team to help.
- Make sure every customer gets the right answer and is happy.
What We Need
- You can speak and understand English and Hindi.
- You know how to use a computer.
- You are a good listener.
- You are polite, patient, and like helping people.
- You can answer many phone calls and emails in one day.
